Mas tacos en Riverside

Los Tacos Lokos opened last week at 9469 Indiana Ave., Riverside.

The restaurant serves a variety of Mexican food items, including tacos, burritos, tortas, mulitas, enchiladas and huaraches filled with meats, from asada and chorizo to birria and carnitas.

Hours are 8 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

The restaurant was formerly in Corona.

New Indian food in Riverside

A new Indian food restaurant — 5 Rivers Cuisine of India — has opened at 10198 Indiana Ave., Riverside, in the Tyler Village.

The restaurant, which offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from both North and South India, also features a banquet hall.

The eatery appears to have opened last month.

Lunch hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, while dinner is served from 5 to 10 p.m. daily.

Another 85°C opens

Another 85°C Bakery Cafe has opened at 2210 Griffin Way, Suite 101A, Corona.

The location appears to have opened in March.

The chain offers coffee and tea drinks — including its signature sea salt coffee — along with a variety of Taiwanese-style pastries.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Other Inland Empire locations include Chino Hills, Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga.

Vegan dessert shop opens

Chef Tanya’s Kitchen — the No. 2 vegan restaurant in the U.S. and Canada, according to Yelp — has expanded its Palm Desert location to include a dessert shop, Chef Tanya’s Kreamery.

The shop features espresso drinks and oat milk-based soft-serve, along with baked goods, including bagels, muffins and cinnamon rolls.

Light breakfast offerings are available daily from 7 to 11 a.m.

Hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Chef Tanya’s Kitchen is at 72695 Highway 111, Suite A6.

Incredible summer fun

John’s Incredible Pizza is offering a summer pass that grants purchasers four visits, along with other perks.

The pass includes four any-day visits, including an endless buffet with drinks, a $5 Fun Card for games and two carnival rides each visit.

The deal costs $54.99 for adults ages 13 and older and $44.99 for kids 3-12.

The pass — valid for 60 days from purchase — is available through Aug. 28.

Regular buffet price is $15.99 for adults, $14.99 for seniors, $7.99 for kids 3-6 and $11.99 for kids 7-12. A weekday lunch special is $11.99 before 2 p.m.

John’s Incredible Pizza’s Inland Empire locations include Riverside and Montclair. A Victorville location closed last year.

The downtown Redlands Cupcake and Espresso Bar has closed.

The shop was at 300 E. State St., Suite 100, also a former home to Augie’s Coffee.

The chain has three remaining locations, all in Moreno Valley.
