Easy Felt Crafts

With the new year here, I’ve got a suggestion for you. Actually first I have a statement: you aren’t using felt enough in your crafts. Now here’s the suggestion . . . you need to start using it more.

Because felt is a very cool craft supply! And I feel it’s very underappreciated. I think most people think of felt as something for kids’ crafts only, and don’t have an idea of what to make.

Why do I say that? That used to be me.

But what happened when I started using it is that I never stopped. Once I did a project with felt, I really got a feel for it, and the rest is history. Now I keep a large stack of felt in my craft stash in a rainbow of colors.

Felt is a perfect supply for beginners, so there isn’t much you need to know. My most important tip is simply to use sharp scissors to cut it. Besides that, you’ve got this.

Check out the ideas below – over 50 of them – all made with felt. Let me know which ones you try and which are your favorite in the comments!
