  • Ruler
  • Page from your favorite book or magazine
  • X-Acto knife
  • Cutting mat
  • Modge Podge
  • Craft sponge (makeup sponges work too!)
  • Magazine or photo cutout

Start with an empty tin can and make sure there are no sharp edges!
