Ive been working on duplicating this recipe now for 2 years and i finally have it right As i know or we all who love it know they dont use alot of meat ..(its costly) and 2 they dont use ricotta (they use cottage cheese in it.. so give this recipe a try.. and let me know what you think.. their sauce isnt over powering its saucy but light.. Sorry i forgot to get pictures of my sauce ho hum..."
