We got to move around to various “stations” making our own ricotta (quark), rolling out pasta, making sauces, assembling dishes and serving. You work the whole time for a hands on session. They have demonstration ones too!
I super wanted to learn about pasta making and am already picking out my next class….I’m thinking a dancing one or pastry would be fun too but again the list is ENDLESS and phenomenal! I get such a thrill checking them out!
