How to use roasted tomatoes?
While you can enjoy roasted cherry tomatoes by themselves, there’s a variety of ways to enjoy them:
- On a pizza
- Topped on salads
- Over pasta or zucchini noodles
- Mixed in with marinara or spaghetti sauce
- As a layer in lasagna
Ingredients for Roasting Cherry Tomatoes
- cherry tomatoes – variety and color doesn’t matter
- olive oil
- garlic
- Italian seasoning
- salt
- black pepper
How do you roast cherry tomatoes?
Once you have selected your tomato variety, slice the tomatoes in half. You can also leave the tomatoes whole, however, they will burst on the baking sheet and don’t look as pretty! Simply season the tomatoes with olive oil, garlic and herbs before placing on a baking sheet.
Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes.

- 1 tbsp garlic minced
